JJCA series leaching and adsorption tank transmission adopts planet cycloid reducer. JJCB series leaching and adsorption tank is a mew generation product developed by the factory, its transmission adopt gear reducer with the characteristics of big transmit torque and no oil leak.
It specially appropriate to the high power leaching tank over φ6.0 m, and it is the patent product of the factory being the first choice product for the large agitation tank.
The machine is use for ore waste treatment in cyanide plant of the gold production. it is applicable to the ore slurry with specific gravity is about 1.4 and density<45% and it also applicable to mix agitation in the corresponding circumstance of metallurgy, chemical and light industries.
The equipment is characterized by high efficiency,low power consumption,simple structure and easy maintenance.
This product has advantages of high torque,oil-proof ,simple structure,even running,high efficiency,low power consumption,simple sutructrue and convient maintenance.
Working principle:
Power is transmitted into shaft through decelerator to drive double deck impeller run clockwise to make the ore pulp in the tank flowing in the axial and radial directions. Meanwhile charging air through the hollow axis to agitate by the impeller promoting air-bubble tinny for the ore material suspend uniformly.
