This horizontal coal mill is very simple to use and has several functions:coal grinding, coal powder injecting and air supply.

Application

It can be well used insmall coal fired boiler, reverberatory furnace, annealing furnace and drying furnace,while it grinds the coal and inject the pulverized coal into the combustion furnace at the same time.

Main characters

1. Simple structure, compact layout, good quality of pulverized coal, high combustion efficiency, low noise, easy maintenance, and simple operation.

2. The fineness of pulverized can less than30%of 80µmscreen residue.

The speed of outlet air can be reach70M/S.

The speed air into the furnace can be20-25M/S.The outlet pressure can be1300-1700pa, and the volume of outlet air is750-2500M³.

3. By adjustment of second air fan, the coal is burned in reducing atmosphere. The production line is automated operation and adopts the technology of negative pressure and heat-recovery process, which can prevent the air pollution and reduce the labor intensity.
