Work Principle

1.Take advantage of the high-speed rotating impeller, throw steel shot/pill on metal parts surface to achieve derusting,to get metal parts internal molecular arrangement dislocation, reinforce metal parts resistance to fatigue strength.

2.This machine has endless chain, every other small distance have a hook. Workpiece was put on the hook, came into shot blasting room to clean one by one. The hook can rotate, make workpiece be clean all -round.

Endless chain mobile system, hook rotating system, shot blasting system, dust collect system, electrical control system.

This series of equipment has features of high efficency, and is used for surface cleaning and strengthen of medium or small size castings, forge piede and heat treated pieces.
