The proposed furnace is advanced design by end fired regenerative furnace with following advantage:

1) The temperature of combustion air shall be risen up to 1100~1200°C through single pass regenerators, the energy can be saved obviously in this way.

2) The corrosion of throat cover blocks shall be reduced by the deep refiner design.

3) The unique design of port with patent made combustion more completely and lead to quality of molten glass improved.

4) Advanced control devices for gas and air make the combustion more reasonable and fuel saved.

5) Reversal system can realize three control modes: Automatic, Semi-auto, and Manual control.

6) The furnace operation such as melting temperature, glass level and furnace pressure etc. shall be automatic controlled to facility of operation. The accuracy of furnace temperature can be within ±2°C (reversal excluded) and for glass level control can be within ±0.5mm.

7) The temperature control for distributor and forehearths by separate heating zones.
