Machine Characteristics:

1. Our grating machine adopts advancedmedium frequency (1000Hz) technology.

2. Its instantaneous electric current is very strong and welding time is short, so it cansaveapproximately 30%-50% power energythan low frequency (50Hz) grating machine.

3. Moreover in contrast to low frequency (50Hz) grating machine, its matched transformer can evensave 40%-50%KVA.

4. The machine can weldtwo rows per time.

5. Thetwisted bars are fed automaticallyinstead of fed by manual work.
