When steam is used for power, the pot increase hot bath sterilization based on steam sterilization, which can keep foods as good as before in colour and taste and extend shelf life. The time of sterilization can be reduced to 50%, at the same time, energy consumption can be less 50% than before. It is most suitable for small and medium sized food processing plant.
