Electric Vibrating Feeder

I. Application:

Electric-magnetic vibrating feeder is new type continuous feeding equipment. It is widely used in the manufacturing process of mining, melting, coal, building material, chemical industries. It can be used as the material supply equipment for the belt conveyor, bucker elevator, crusher, etc. besides, it can be used for automatic mixing, ration packed and automatic control line for the atomization of the production.

II. Characteristics

1) small cubage, light weight, simple structure, easily fixed and maintenance, .and no need to lubricate;
2) low energy consumption due to the vibrating resonance principle and double plastid works at low critical nearby resonance;
3) higher concentration of feeding material
4) little damage to the feeder chute, because the material in the chute is continuously thrown and moves bound around along the track of parabola.
