Electric nitriding shuttle heating furnace

ⅠFunctions:

They are mainly used in the sintering of nitride product.

Ⅱ Product structure and technology features

1. This equipment consists of furnace body, insulation materials, heating elements, automatic control system, debinding and exhaust gas recycling system, trolley system, rail system, cooling system, thermocouples, vacuum system and so on.

2.The heating system can adopt silicon molybdenum rods or zirconium diboride composite ceramic heating element .

3. We can design a furnace with multiple material trolleys, as well as use a control system to control two furnaces.

4. The maximum temperature is 1500 °C and working temperature is 1450 °C. It need 6 hours to raise temperature from room temperature to 1450 °C. It need less than 6 hours to cool down temperature from 1450 °C to 400 °C

5. The insulation material is aluminum silicate ceramic fiber materials which have the characteristic of low thermal conductivity, small hot melting, fast heating, power saving, low production costs per unit of production and short production cycle for one batch.

6. The track is set below ground level. The transport vehicle transversely moves in the lateral orbit, the material vehicle transversely longitudinally moves in and out of the furnace body.

7. The vacuum system is mainly for extracting and ventilating air from furnace chamber. You can use nitrogen cylinder, as well as nitrogen made by yourself.

8. The cooling system is mainly used for rapid cooling and increasing production.

9. Productsintering is under the state of micro-positive pressure. You should firstly evacuate the furnace chamber, rise the temperature of furnace chamber to above 400 °C, then fill nitrogen into the furnace, open outlet valve to exhaust gases and impurities at 800 °C, keep the temperature when it arrives 1450 °C. At last, you can cooling after the heat preservation.
