Therange of tube filling machinesare designed for pharmaceutical manufacturing and are filling the tablets into the tubes as they arerotating. This well proven technology is especiallysuitable for fragile productslike effervescent tablets.

These automatic tube filling machines are fullyGMP-conformand are available in a capacity range from 10 over 35, 70 and up to 240 tubes/min

The combination of electric drives, PLC, pneumatics and replaceable format-partsreduces set-up time and provides the largest known flexibility rangein terms of possible product formats.

All horizontal beams are circular and all surfaces are angular in order to fulfilGMP-requirements. To avoid cables is the control panel integrated in the cabinet and the communication to the different machine modules is done with a Profi-Bus system.

All rotating movements are powered byelectric drivesin order to reduce sound level, operating cost and maintenance needed.

A lot of the mechanical components are standard components that correspond to international standards. For instance are almost all pneumatic cylinders ISO classified and can be replaced with components of a different brand.

The machines have avery wide format range. With only a few format pars needed can the machines be reset to handle tablets with adiameter from 14 mm up to 33 mm. Further on can the filling machines handletubes with a length from 50 mm up to 200 mmwithout any format parts at all needed!
