1),Brief Introduction of Biomass Power Plant :

Qualified raw material is sent to the gasifier by the feeder, reacted in the gasifier and produced combustible gas. The gas will be processed by the spray washer, dust removal, cooling water purification, gas liquid separation, then was pressed into combustion engine by roots blower . The pressure is about 3 kpa. The electric produced by the gas genset can be used directly.

In the process of gas production, our equipment will use the way of ash drying, the ash will be pour out by the ash hoist andWater-sealed device.

The water produced in the process will flow into recycle water pool, go through the pump and get into the purification for recycling.
