The machine tool is mainly for machining deep holes (diameter: Ø0.3~Ø3mm) on workpieces made from stainless steel, chilled steel, hard alloy, copper, aluminum or other conducting materials. Auxiliary hole on WEDM workpiece, chemical fiber spinning jet, spinneret orifice, multiple holes on filter plate/sieve plate, louver on engine blade/cylinder and oil/gas line hole on hydraulic/pneumatic valve can be made with the machine tool. It can directly thread working slope or camber, up to depth-diameter ratio over 300:1.
The machine tool can also be used to fracture drill and screw tap in workpiece, without damage to hole or thread.
