Ice making process: when you received the machine, just need contact the water pipes and electric wires. And then set the PLC program control.

According to your requiry for the ice thickness, you can set the ice forming time, usually for 22mm: 13-15min; 28mm: 18-23min; 35mm: 25-30min.

There are 2 cooling methods:air coolingand water cooling.

Many pieces of stainless steel tubes compose evaporator, refrigerant flowing between different different stainless steel tubes, water flowing inside the stainless steel, it formed helical flow under fuction of water separator, water form ice during it flowing inside the stainless steel tube cracking.

After thr refrigeration system normal working, the water in the bottom water bin take form the outlet transpored to the inlet of the upper water bin by the chilling pump, and then through the water segregator as a screw flow way along the inner wall of the recuperator tube flowing downward with the refrigerant on the surface of recuperator tube doing heat exahange, then the temperature is reduced, parts of water will be formed ice tube in the inner recuperator tube, the water that doesn't formed ice after fail of temperature will be flowing into the bottom water bin, the water circulating again and again, so the cold energy will loss just a little.

This is a case in Malaysia, the customer equip a cold storage bin to store ice. When he needs ice, just need step teh padel switch and then the ice will fall.
