Matters Needing Attention

1)When the chaffcutter is operating,safety protective equipmentmust be all in readiness.
2)The operating personnel should fully understand the machine performance, no starting up and operating in case ofdrunken, illness or excessive fatigue. While working, people and things shallnot be close tothe operation parts.
3)The youth under the age of 16 and people who don't master the using regulations of the machine are not allowed to work alone.
4)Theworking fieldof the chaffcutter should bespaciouswithfire-fighting equipment.
5)While feeding grass, the operator shouldwear glovesandstand in the sideof the feeding hopper, it is strictly prohibited to stretch hands into the shield of the feeding hopper. At the same time, strictly prevent the stick, metal, masonry, etc from going into the machine, in order to avoid damaging machine and hurting people.
6)The cutter disc is strictlyprohibited to reverse.
7)The chaffcutter must workunder the prescribed speed, overspeed and overload operation is strictly prohibited.
8)While changing the fasteners of the dynamic and fixed blades, you must use8.8 level bolt and 8 level nut, not the low levels of bolt and nut instead.
9)In case of the discovery of abnormal noise, you must stop immediatly to check the machine. Before the check, power must be cut off, it is prohibited to debug the fault when the machine is running.
10)Thefeeding quantityof material should beproper, too much may cause overload and stall. Of course, too little is not proper, too little will affect the cutting efficiency.
11)Before stopping work, you shouldswitch the shift lever to 0 bit, and let the machineidle 2 minutes or so, stop the machine after the built-in dust and weeds are blown down.
