I. Features of Xindi Biomass Briquette Machine

1. New invented external mold and internal sub-molds combination system, which makes the molds more durable and adaptable.

2. Lower energy consumption but higher work efficiency. Energy saving is up to 30% thanothers. 3. Automatically thermostat technology. That enables the machine to operate smoothly regardless of the unpleasant temperature and ensures the molds and bearing work in favorable temperature. 4. Pressing density is adjustable between 0.8-1.4g/ cm3. The machine can press both briquettes of fuel and feed.

5. Advanced comprehensive heat releasing system. It adopts multi-channel, multi-angle cooling mode, thus the motor and drive system will not fever and the machine can do long-time work.

6. VVVF and full-closed feeding system. The feeding speed adjusts automatically according to electric current, which makes it more energy-saving and easy-operatation.

7. Power-off protection—automatic power-off when overload or failure happen.

8. Anti-stoppage design. It automatically adjusts feeding size, pressing thickness,uniformity and eliminates stoppage.
