1. HP Laser Printer A4 / A3

We suggest user to use HP laser printer in A4 or A3 size in order to get best enhancing result from ourLaserBlack. AfterLaserBlackthe density will do up 300% reaching 3.50 which is like the density from an image setter and it is good enough for all kinds of plate making with 100% successful jobs.

2. TP / TF Tracing paper or Transparent Film

You may use Tracing paper TP or Transparent film TF to be printed by a HP printer then go throughLaserBlackto get the enhanced results.

TP is most economic way to make a negative for single color jobs

TF will be recommended for 4-color printing or registration strict jobs.

3. Positive print out

Positive print out from a HP printer then go throughLaserBlackis good for Screen printing and offset PS plate making.

Canon and Xerox printers can also get good enhancing result withLaserBlack. Anyway if it is workable with a Spray enhancing it will work well withLaserBlack.

4. Negative print out

For all kinds of photopolymer plate making no matter it is a letterpress or flexo plate with film base or metal base, from stamp making to corrugated board printing, solvent washout or water washout plates, a Negative film is always required for these kinds of relief plate making.

5. LaserBlack to increase black density

OurLaserBlackusing water based solution after print just go through it and drying it, the density will go up 300% immediately and 100% successfully.

It is very economic and rational, not like a spray is making air pollution always and 80% of the strong solvent goes to air is a big waste and make big problem.

6. After drying you got 300% density increased

Normal print out density is about 1.20 – 1.00 or even less, afterLaserBlackthe density will go to 3.60 or even higher which is as good as from an image setter or a photographic film. If you have difficulty with toners, we have our total solution - Super Black cartridge will solve all your problems.

7. You may also dry it by hanging up.

In case of mass production of negative or positive film such as for book printer and T-short printers they have to make several hundreds of film each day, in these cases you may hang up it on a rope as drying clothes with a clip for each sheet and blow with a fan or conditioned air in order to dry it massively and quickly.

8. Ready for all kinds of plate making.

AfterLaserBlackEnhancement, you will have your film ready for plate making.

For big negative film required as corrugated printers, we will suggest to print out positive first then use daylight film to make big negative under the UVA lamps from an Exposure unit. This will also save a lot of toner if print out positively.
