Vibrating Feeder Introduction:

This machine operates under the condition of the resonation ,so the swing is stable ,work is reliable ,the adaptability to every kind materials is strong. Easy to adjust to feeding capacity without adjusting the eccentric block by adding the electric switch box.Vibrating Feeder is widely used for grading and screening materials. Vibrating Feeder Operating Principle:

Vibrating feeder is composed of vibrating body, spring, spring chassis, vibrating motor, and screen bar, vibration exciter which is formed by two eccentric shafts (driving shaft and driven shaft) and gear wheels. Through the motors driving force carried by the triangle wheel, the upper gears of the driving shaft joggle and propel the driven shaft. At this time, the two shafts rotate in reverse at the same time leading to the vibrating of the machines funnel. Under the funnels vibrating, the materials will continuously move forward and some smaller ones will directly fall down the belt conveyor while passing the screening bar (there are some fixed spaces between those bars). Finally, the materials can be transported to the aiming place.
