Power compensation Circuit

Joints weld energy and multiple pulse can be adjusted easily; The built-in CPU frequently scans and monitors the input voltage. Once the input voltage is up and down, the CPU automatically trigger the power compensation circuit and adjust the welding energy within millisecond to ensure steady continuous weld energy.

Precision pneumatic weld head

For preventing joins damage by the over-load pressure, our electro/pneumatic and springs inside weld head cushioning systems successfully reducing exceed impact process-smooth less as well fully considered the requirement of production efficiency.

Light-controlled switch inside the pneumatic weld head will detect the pressure on the tabs and only the pressure on the tabs reach to requirement set joining weld will be happened, make joints reliability and raise production efficiency.

Press on the tab and part by electrode can be adjusted by two screw-covers on pneumatic weld head for application various parts and tabs.
