Application Scope:

After surface coating,it is used for drying plastic products ,such as PVC ceiling panel. Also it can be widely used for plywood, wooden floor, laminated floor, plastic product, leather and metal parts!

Specification:

1.Size: 3000mm length×1100mm width×1600mm height

Weight:400kg

2.It can adjust heat emission for three groups of ultraviolet lamp separately, also control them individually. The height for three lamp brackets, 3 reflective lampshades and 3 ultraviolet rays lampshade with 800mm length and 5kw power are adjusted by aluminum alloy .

3. 3 sets of 550W centrifugal blower with negative pressure adsorption, each of them is controlled separately.

4. 3 sets of 5kw autotransformer is adopted.

5. Specialized galvanized pipe is used on transmission system.

6. Entrance position height is 100mm.
