Yuguang drying equipment introduction

YG - H type series dryer is consist of all wind chamber, thermal cycle drying chamber, low noise high temperature resistant axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The whole high thermal insulation

insulating material design, the heat source adopts superconducting heat type hot blast stove , make the baked products without any pollution. Drying chamber is consist of multiple tray , it can to improve the thermal efficiency and production capacity to maximum, and can be used for a variety of industry products drying.

Second, work principle

After the Cleaned wind power transfered by axial flow fan pouring into the hot blast stove or carbide furnace,through the superconducting cycle into all wind chamber, evenly assign to all dry indoor which is consist of trays, then through perforated plate wind, heat and dry the product , moisture automatic discharge through dry mouth,then complete drying process. The whole system is completed by automatic control instrument temperature control .

Four, multiple heat source selection

The drying equipment can choose the following two heat source

1, hot blast stove heating: the hot blast stove adopted separation superconducting heat transfer structure, it has solved the problem of integral hot blast stove shorten service life ,instability output temperature , and greatly improve the thermal efficiency,it is 3-5 times of the traditional hot blast stove , and stable output of 100-500 °C high temperature clean gas.

2, carbide furnace waste heat heating: clean wind source through the superconducting circulation outside of carbonization furnace pouring , it is not only beneficial to the protection of the carbonization equipment , but also reduce the heat loss, saving for baking products and investment of energy.
