Introduction of dry type ball mill Dry type ball mill has no water in the production, which is of straight cylinder with wind conducting device, dust discharging pipe and dust collector. We can design and manufacture other type of ball mill according to the

customer's requirement, or by the customer's mineral sample, capacity and size dimension. By making ore

grinding test and calculation, we can confirm the suitable model and type, and design the best working

condition of the ball mill, making them that they have not only no functional shortage and also ensuring the

capacity and size requirement.

Introduction of wet type ball mill

Wet ball mill are mostly used in the industry production. It is to increase the high grinding efficiency under

the ball mill grinding and striking, from which the granularity is even and no flying dust with little noise, being

the most universal powder machine in the beneficiation as powder grinding the ferrous metal like gold, silver,

plumbum, zinc,copper,molybdenum,manganese,tungsten etc, as the nonmetal powder grinding like graphite,

feldspar, potash feldspar, phosphorus ore, fluorite, clay, and swell soil etc.

Working principle:

This machine changes the intrinsic grinding machine structure. Its body and ground plank are an

integral whole, so when fixing, it can be lowered on a plane surface once only. Using double tiered

roller axletree with centripetal spherical surface as the support of the host axletree can reduce

energy cost by 20%.The intrinsic grille pattern forcing evacuation is instead by overfall pattern

controlling one. It can improve the milling of the granule and the capacity be increased by 10-20%.

Advantage of our ball mill:

1.Double-row self-aligning spherical roller bearing replaces babbit-lined bearing.

Friction resistance is greatly lowered down, easy to start and 20-30% of energy is saved.

2.Grooved and ringed liner increases contacting surface between balls and ores, improving milling

effect and saving energy through its lifting effect to the materials.

3.All-in-one frame is used in middle-sized or small-sized machinery,

facilitating engineering construction and equipment installation.

4.Large discharging outlet and high capacity,discharge coarse particles,usually used in first stage

milling.
