1.Introduction of the machine

The automatic flexible drink straw making machine makes flexible drinking straws from straight ones. The whole production is from the straws in feeding, forming, then to finished products. The straight straws supplied in the hopper at the top of machine, be fed into the main drum of the machine one by one, then clamped by two mechanical catches. As the main drum rotates, the straw passes through two rotary dies to receive the die-pressed effect, and then be compressed with two catches to form flexible, and deliverd to the output converyor automatically. The main drum always carries 12 straws in successive and different operations. This development represents a giant step formed for higher production of flexible straws.
