Features:

1) The machine is mainly used to drill plate such as joint plate for building steel structure and other machinery industries.

Advantages:

1)The machine is mainly composed of base, gantry, drilling unit exchangeable worktable, chip remove system, electric system, hydraulic system and centralized lubricating system, etc.

2)There are two exchangeable worktables in the machine. While the workpiece on one worktable is being drilled, the other worktable can be moved out to unloading the finished workpiece and loading a new workpiece. These exchangeable worktables can greatly reduce the loading and unloading time and improve the production efficiency.

3)This machine uses stroke self-controlled drilling unit. Rapid feeding,working feed and rapid withdrawing are transformed automatically without presetting any parameters manually such as the length of the drill and the thickness of the workpiece before operating, so that the machine is easy to operate

4)Hydraulic clamps are capable of clamping four groups of small workpiece at once so as to reduce the preparation period of production and increase the efficiency.

5)The software of host computer is humanized designed. The machine’s running data can be shown directly on the real time monitor or I/O monitor Interfaces.

6)The machine uses centralized lubricating system to make sure all the function parts being well lubricated thus improve the performance and extend the lifetime of the machine.

After sales service :

1. The Seller shall provide all spare parts needed for maintenance of the equipments.

2. During the period of guarantee, within TWELVE(12) months after delivery, the seller shall be responsible for the damage due to the defects in designing and

manufacturing.

3. During the guarantee period all broken parts the damage due to the defects in designing and manufacturing of the

manufacturer shall be replaced into a new one. Buyer will inform Seller about malfunction of the machine or part of

it. Firstly, the defective part will be sent to Seller on the cost of the Seller by courier, and then the new one will be

sent to the Buyer after the receipt of the defect one from the buyer on the cost of the Seller in10 days by courier.

4. The Seller is obligated to supply after guaranty service. After guarantee period all costs of replacement, cost of

spare parts, shipment cost, and others cost shall be covered by Buyer.
