Hob Cutters are manufactured with the following accuracies,as per GB,DIN3968/BS2062,Class A,Class AA

Basic tooth profile of our hobbing tool confirms to GB,DIN3972/BS2062,BP1,BP2 for finished gears,

BP3 for roughing gears with grinding allowance,and shaving gears with shaving allowance,BP4 for roughing gears prior to finishing operation.

Modified profile with corrections: semi-topping --gear tooth tip chamfer, gear tooth tip thinning, full root radius, protuberance and semi-topping, prouberance, full topping, we also undertake manufacture of gear hobs as per other standards, and we can design and manufacture custom-built hobs if coponent drawings are supplied.
