Details:

The machine is used to fill stand-up pouch with suckable jelly, water, juice, milk, oil, detergent and other liquid type material. It can automatically finish all the process of pouch feeding, filling, pouch opening cleaning, cap neatening, capping and finished product outputting etc.

Working process:

This machine can work automatically from pouch loading-----vacuumizing, locating filling-----Nitrogen gas filling-----second time locating filling-----spout head washing-----automatic caps feeding and covering-----caps screwing(frequency converting)-----capping quality detecting and separating to pouch discharging and liquid level controlling. Connected to CIP washing system and equipped with PLC+HMI control system.
