The Double Screw Presser is mainly used in amylase processing, CMC, food, juice, herb processing and pharmaceutical industries. The presser meets all demands for reliability under conditions of continuous day and night operation and simultaneous attainment of maximum compression, resulting in the lowest possible water and fat content of the press cake. The cover of the presser is all in stainless steel and is at full length furnished with large inspection doors that can be opened without the use of tools. Further to avoid problems of odor the cover is equipped with a suction branch for connection to deodorizer.

Structure and Installation

Presser working principle:Two reducing and varying pitch shafts consist the center of the presser and the two shafts are rotating in opposite direction. The presser structure is consisted of inside and outside mesh sheets and ribbed slabs which are connected by the stiffening plates. After the presser starts, the material is conveyed to the inlet box and the material will be pushed ahead by the axial direction power from the two shafts. The liquid in the material will be pressed out from the pressing cage holes and it will gather in the liquid loading dish and discharged.
