I Description:

STPJ series high efficiency double rollers tree debarker designed and researched by our company, is based on the advanced technology aboard. Wood in the feeding slot is rolled circle by circle by the pushing of trap cut debarking teeth on rollers. Besides, the dabarking teeth also swing around wood's axis and pulsate up and down irregularly. As a result, wood and dabarking teeth, wood and wood, wood and feeding slot and pecten will cause strong and violent friction, clash, press and peeling. So, wood and bark will be separated quickly. This is the destination of high debarking efficiency.

Features:
1,Application of open feeing slot makes it becomes possible that uses feed from one head and output from another head. This is better than the traditional rotary drum debaker which has a disadvantage or dilemma of turning off when feeding or outputing. This progress improves the efficiency of the machine.
2,By debarking teeth' impact, wood not only moves recyclely inside slot but also turn over around itself. Therefore, the debarking is of high efficiency, especially to frozen wood,dry wood and other wood which is hard to peel.
