Feature:

1.the sterilizing water are preheated,the higher initial temperature shorten the sterilizing time and ensure the quality of products.

2.The sterilizing water pumped to the upper tank after sterilizing,save steam and water.

3.The speed of heat penetration is quick,especial the big package.

4.The uniform heat distribution makes the steady products quality.

Working principle:

1.preheated water in the upper tank injected to the processing tank directly.

2.Recycle pump recycle the sterilizing water of upper and processing tank to the set temperature and the hold in a certain temperature.

3.After sterilization,the sterilizing water could be collected to the upper tank to be used in next batch.

4.The cooling water inject to the autoclave directly.
