1. Introduction: Double girder electric travelling overhead crane

This kind of Overhead crane is composed with Girder frame, Crane travelling device, and trolley as the lifting device. Rail is paved for the trolley move on the main girder. Assemble the moving table on the outside of the two main girder, one side is prepared for assembling and maintenance of crane move device, another side is prepare for assembling of the trolley electric conductor device.

There are full field of view Cabin suspend under the main girder, there are joint control desk or single control box packed within the Cabin, assemble the sidelong ladder between the Cabin and moving table, The main girder joint with the two side end carriage with the joint point in the middle.

Capacity of overhead crane from 5 ton to 650 ton
The working duty of the crane is A4, A5 and A6.
The lifting height (main & auxiliary hook) and span are designed and manufactured according to the customer's demand.
There are three speed types: the lifting speed, cross travelling speed, long travelling speed. They are designed for your need. (If our company’s speed standard cannot satisfy your special demand, we can use the frequency convertor.)
There are three operational control modes: pendent line with press button, remote control, cabin room control or choose any two together!
The design and manufacture is according to the Chinese standards.
