Double girder overhead craneis one kind of heavy duty large hoisting machinery. When heavy loads and wide spans are required, the double girder overhead cranes show their strength. They are available with a huge range of customer options in capacities up to 450 tons.

QD

LH

QD type double girder overhead bridge craneis composed of main girder, end carriage, hoist trolley, complete electrical system and control system. This equipment is widely used in hoisting operation, for instance, factory, mines, transport materials in the fix span scope, mechanical processing workshop, metallurgical factory and subsidiary workshop, warehouse, material yard and power plant.

LH type double girder overhead bridge craneis similar with QD type overhead crane. The lifting weight of this kind production is smaller with lighter dead weight and smaller volume. It features simple structure, low entire height and light dead weight and is applicable to operate in small and medium lifting load environment such as factories, mines, workshops and warehouses.

Cabin, radio controller or hand controllercan be used for operating. The cabin has seats inside. Floor adopts insulation pads and toughened glass for windows; extinguisher and fan are equipped. Other accessory equipment like air-condition, buzzer, interphone can be configured according to our client’s request!

The travelling motorcan be standard motor, soft start motor or work with frequency controller to meet the different speed requirement.

Technique Parameter

Motors

The motors are used specially crane duty suitable for frequent starting, reversing & braking in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 ISO 14001:2004. Motors are totally enclosed in dust proof construction foot/flange mounted TESC/TEFC, Sq. cage motors with integrated safety brakes, insulation class F, IP54 protection for hoisting, CT&LT motions.

Crane girder

The Girder adopts the welding structure of U-shaped groove and structure with the I-steel. All this leads to lower dead weight and high degree rigidity of vertical and horizontal and small wheel loads being transmitted to the runway.

Gear box

The entire gear boxes are made of accurate hob cut helical/spur gears & pinions having hardness 250 to 350 BHN made from carbon alloy steel. All gears & pinions running on antifriction type ball/roller bearings in totally enclosed oil bath giving constant splash lubrication. The helical/Spur gear designed for adequate strength and optimum wear resistance for smooth operation & long life.

Brakes

Failsafe magnetic or hydraulic brakes of 150% torque or more are fitted on shaft extensions. For heavy duty cranes a second brake can be mounted to ensure failsafe operation.

Wheels

The wheels of crane crab, main beam and end carriage are produced in our special workshop (No sand inclusion technic) which makes our wheels more elastic and outer surface hard-wearing and durable.

Electrical Panel

Modular design, easy installation and maintenance, reliable operation, fuse less circuitry, ducted wiring and compact terminals. Motor overload protection to prevent overloading.
