Double color PU TPU footwear pouring molding machine

Brief introduction:

This machine is used to pour TPU and PU material to make two-color soles or upper-link once-through mouling shoes. It is suitable for electricity-proof, slip-proof and frostbite-proof shoes. The machine is equipped with loop production line, TPU and PU full-auto quantitative pouring heads, hydraulic system, PLc computer system and other auxiliary devices. PLC system control the two pouring heads, material spray gun temperature and pre-material quantity. With accurate control of pouring, auto-control of moulds temperature, moulds pre-heating, fast speed forming after pouring and high efficiency.

The first color TPU material will be preplasticized and heated accurately, quantified exactly in advance, and then poured equably. After that the second color PU material will be poured. Thus the above sole and lower sole could be firmly agglutinated, ensuring soles once-through formed. The product is featured by its excellent property of abrasion-proof, acid-proof, slip-proof and static-proof, which meets special requirement of safety shoes, top-grade sport-shoes, leisure shoes, travelling shoes, etc.
3. It can pour polyurethane soles and shoes continuously because of its loop-product-line. The motion of mold shelves adopts stepless speed-regulation. Automatic start/stop device equipped in the machine. It has a good performance-price rate that lies on its simple structure, reliable performance and double productivity.
4. Using industry man-machine interface, controlled with professional PLD program and displayed by touch screen, it is easy to operate.
