Combination accuracy = body + pull stud + collets + clamping cutting tools, ensure within 0.01mm.

We will test twice for cnc milling tools, one is in factory, another one is before sending products, also havetest reportalong with holder.

Surface smoothness of BT-ER tool holder is <0.6um

Surface hardness of cnc tool holder milling tools isHRC50~53.

Tool holder withdeep cooling treatment(-190), makes holdermore stable and increase the hardnessof holders.
