Material

The body of the equipment is made of aluminum magnesium alloy and 80*43 channel steel, covered with 304 stainless steel of food grade, 1.5mm thick. The whole machine is durable, firm, and also good looking. Moulds are made of 6061 aluminum alloy with surface treated, while other parts, anti-corrosion material or rust-proof treated.

Features

1. Moulds for Stretching, packing, cutting are all made in guide pillar guide bushing structure, with no force to supporting rack body , ensuring no shake or distortion of the main body.

2. Several ports are reserved in the PLC, considering that auxiliary equipment will be connected to the machine.

3. By changing product mould, you can pack goods of different sizes, which is pretty convenient.
