Outline
Plasma Based Ion Implantation & Deposition System is a totally new system applying the RF superimposed negative high-voltage pulse.
PBII&D makes it possible to generate the 3D plasma along the substrate without rotating mechanism, where the substrate works as antenna, and process various substrates in low temperature by transient plasma.
Processing alternately ion implantation and deposition forms the film with nearly no residual stress (approx. 0.1 GPa) and enable to deposit the very thick film.
