DL-410KB modified atmosphere packaging tray sealer is a special type of tray controlled modified atmosphere packaging machine lunched by the Dajiang Machinery Equipment Co., Limited. for cool fresh meat, cooked food and other foods. The basic principle of the packing is isolating the food from the ambient air with high barrier materials (plastic pallet and sealing film), and fill gas mixture into the pallet to maintain the original flavor and appearance of the food for a long time, and suppress growing of bacteria and microbe to the fullest extent possible.
The machine uses totally enclosed vacuum replacement method to conduct food atmospheric fresh-keeping packing, namely in the totally enclosed vacuum chamber, vacuumize the vacuum chamber with vacuum pump to make a high vacuum degree, and then fill the gas for preservation of food. The packing mode can make the residual oxygen content in the container to a minimum, and convenient for precise control of ratio of various fresh-keeping gases. The gas displacement ratio by using the totally enclosed vacuum replacement method may ≥ 99%. It effectively solves the problems of the traditional flush compensation controlled atmosphere packing such as poor fresh-keeping effect, incongruous charged gas ratio, unable to grasp and control the shelf life of fresh food due to the high content of residual oxygen.
DL-410KB MAP tray sealer has a high degree of automation, reliable quality, long service life, easy to maintain and high yield and wide applicability. According to different fresh-keeping gases required by the food, mixing ratio combining of three fresh-keeping gases, two fresh-keeping gases and one fresh-keeping gas to meet the different needs of the user.
The high-precision gas mixing system is adopted. For best fresh keeping effect, the different types and mixing proposition of fresh keeping gas may be switched quickly according to fresh keeping requirements of different foods.
The microcomputer programmable controller and man-machine interface touch-screen control system are used in the equipment. The parameter setting is intuitive and precise, and the operating is stable and reliable. According to the characteristics of the packing material, the parameters only need to be set for time to complete all of the packing operations uninterruptedly.
The operation is simple and convenient. Double startup safety switch is adopted to guarantee operator safety. The whole automatic packing process may be completed by just one touch of the start switch.
Machine adopt easily replaceable sealing mould, client could replace the different sizes and shape mould according to their requirement.

Technical Characters

1. Control System: OMRON PLC programmable control system. The data setting and motion control are more accurate, the performance is more reliable, the operation is more easy and simple and more humanized.
2. Electric System: France Schneider Electric Elements, which with long service life and high applicability, and the quality of work is more reliable. Equipment failures which may affect the continuous use of user due to quality issue of the electrical components are effectively prevented.
3. Pneumatic System: SMC pneumatic elements. The quality of the equipment is stable and reliable, and the service life is long, and avoids frequent equipment failures and even suspension of work and other quality accident caused by component quality.
4. Vacuum System: Germany BUSCH vacuum pump (high oxgen vacuum pump), the quality of the machine is reliable, high vacuum degree and long service life.
5. The Germany WITT gas mixer is adopted for real-time gas mixing. The gas mixing accuracy is higher than ± 1%. The quality of food packing of each box is guaranteed to be always consistent, and the quality and preservation period of the packed food are controlled effectively.
6. Structure Material: Machine main structure material adopt food grade 304 stainless steel, which is safety and sanitation, easily for cleaning.
7. Easily replaceable of sealing mould: Different size of the trays are available according to clients packing requirement.
8. Work status indication: the machine has an operating program status and failure real-time display function to monitor the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
9. Gas detection method: precise gas detection means. Dajiang Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. uses Germany WITT gas analyzer in the production and testing processes to test the gas within the food fresh keeping packing to ensure that the equipment reach the specified precision.
