DL-20MHSY TURNING CENTER

1.Describtions

• The turning center adopts the integral casting molding which overall arrangement is the slant type with guide way face and horizontal. It has relatively large load bearing section, anti-vibration and not easy deformation which can promise the high precision turning processing.
• With AC servo motor,pulse coder and hydraulic braking equipment, the machine can achieve C spindle precise indexing and milling work under the characteristic of low speed and big torque.
• It uses the exchange servo motor driver, with liner rolling guide way which posses the good dynamic characteristics andkinematic accuracy
• The bed posses the Italian import 12 station turret which can complete drilling, machining and other machining work.
• The bed equips the independentlubricating system, coolantchip removal device and fully enclosed protection which can assure that the bed continuously in better working conditions. It can improve the automatic level of machining.
