BCM Automatic Back-washing Filters Working Principle:

Liquids enter the filter through inlet, and come into filtration screen through bottom fixed plate. Liquids flow from filtration screen inside to outside, and from filter cartridge exit outflow of filter;And impurities after back-washing will drain from drainage.

Process Description: Liquids from filtration screen flow inside to outside, and solid particles trapped in the inside of screen. With the accumulation of impurities, the differential pressure between impurities side and cleaning side is increasing. And when the differential pressure reached pre-set value, the differential pressure meter will send out signal, and the filter starts automatic back-washing process.
