Profile:
The egg roll production line is consists of slurry mixer, slurry feeder, automatic ball milling and filling machine, baking machine and cooling conveyor. It is specially designed which is controlled by computer. Easy operation and maintain makes the machines are very popular all over the world.
The flow chart of the processing is:
Slurry mixing→ Slurry feeding→Baking→ filling→ roll forming→ cutting→ cooling conveying → collecting and packing
Dough slurry mixing machine can mix the materials equality, short mixing time is the advantage on this machine. The slurry is transferred to the main baking machine. The baking machine is heated by the gas fire. The fire burner is controlled by the solenoid valve automatically; the operation is easy and simple. The rotary speed of the baking roll can be adjusted; the baking temperature is controlled by the frequency inverter, speed is adjustable. The filling material is milling by the milling machine and automatic feeding to the dough sheeting, to be formed to a stick shape and the filled dough stick is cut by the cutting machine. The thickness and diameter of the roll is controlled by the core shaft.
It can make one color/two color, filled or non-filled egg roll.

The processing procedure for making wafer stick:

According to the recipe, put all raw materials in the bucket of slurry mixer to be stirred till get uniformity slurry mixture. Then feed the slurry in sheet to the preheated baking drum, after baking one circle, peel the soft sheet from the drum by scrape knife. Then the sheet is fed to winding shaft, through winding and feeding, cut down to required stick size, hollow wafer stick be gotten. To Continuous feed to cooling conveyor through chutes.
