♣Automatic control by a pressure switch

A pump pressure rise to20kg/cm²causes an

alarm buzzer to sound, warningthe user of problems

with the material or a bent hose. If pressure reaches

30kg/square cm, the power is automatically cut off,

preventingclogsfrom breaking the pump, pumping tube or hose apparatus.

♣Cone type hopper

The cylindrical hoppermaintainsmaterialbalance and

even distribution, helping to prevent clogsand clumping

inside the hopper.This design improves onprevious angular

hopperbyensuringthat excess mortar won’t stick to the sides.

The result is easy cleanup after the job is done.

♣Economical efficiency of a pumping tube

With squeeze-type pumps, the slope of the exterior pump opening

is usually determined by the size of the drum. The bigger the drum,

the longer the tube becomes.However,all of thesemodels except the

portable ones allow you to usethe same drum to achievetheresults

you would get witha larger drum. This also prevents unnecessarytube

bends. Finally, the tube’slarge caliber (65φ, 50φ)and thicknessmake it

surprisingly durable.

This mortar pump can be used for not only mortar and raw concrete,

but the following uses, too:

Drainage: Factory drainage and sludge removal, transporting dehydrated

cakes, facilities working with clear water and sludge, drainage facilities,

removing sludge and initial impurities at sewage treatment facilities, removing

surplus sludge, re-depositing sediment, transporting digested sludge, pumping

sludge, pouring sludge, pumping dehydrated cakes, pumping chemical grout

Construction and public works projects: different mud and earth types, plaster,
