Application

1,This bale plucker machine is the first process in the whole blowing-carding line.

2,It's applicable to pluck various kinds of raw cotton and polyester of the length below76mm,

and then convey them to the next process through airflow.

3,A002D is operated in single,while FA002, generally put into operation in parallel with two sets.

Main Features

FA002 and A002D are both furnished with sawtooth disc rollers.From inside to outside,the toothed discs are divided in three groups from wide to close so that the cotton could be plucked uniformly in smaller tufts.It is favourable for next process to blend and clean.
