Introduction of the machine:

Charcoal briquette making machine Biomss briquette machine can be used in producing high quality wood charcoal stick with sawdust, wood chips, branches, crop stalks, sugarcane residue, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, bamboo dust, palm husk, soybeans husk, tea waste, etc.

It's equiped with automatic temperature control system and designed to produce high density wood briquette from biomass. The product of this machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace, etc for warm in house.

Features of the machine

4. After the processing of high temperature, purification, smoke removing, the carbonizing equipment transforms the semi-finished bio-fuel briquette into a smoke-free, tasteless, non-toxic cleaning carbon.

Working principle of the machine

Briquette machine uses a large screw to grind,compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes.

The natural lianin content in biomass is liberated with wood fiber under high pressure and temperature. In the briquetting process lignin serves as the glue and combines the particles of wood together, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into various moulds of high density briquette, such as hexagonal, quadrangular, square, etc.

As your requirement, we can also change theshape to order. And the diameter of briquettes are from 50-80mm.
