Production description
1.Equipped with advanced vacuum furnace dedicated medium-frequency power, digital Control, 8-passageway water flow control protection and pressure protection, electric command device adopt electrical contactor manufactured by Sneijder or Siemens, while output cable adopt water-cooled cable.
2.Capacitor cabinet designed to sealing structure, equipped with capacitor and water-cooled cable, compact structure, reasonable layout, safety and reliability.
3.Induction heater adopts T3 copper tube, sulfidizing for watchcase, adopting special insulation material for packing.
4.Carbon materials take high temperature insulation materials, Layer around or the whole custom
Insulation materials take high-temperature insulating ceramics..
5.Crucible drive mechanism adopting variable frequency controlled drive motor to drive reducing mechanism. With the characteristic to regulate agility and stabilize speed.
6.Stainless steel furnace body manufactured though National Vacuum Pressure Vessel Standard. Double-deck water-cooled; special vacuum stainless flange; high sealing vacuum sealing ring, with the characteristic of wear.
7. Steel rail mobile Rack used for moving furnace and cooperating topple over, ensure reversing molten steel to the right direction.
