Printing solution:

We have 2 different printing solutions for differnt medias.

1. Direct printing solution

· It could be used in metal, leather, PVC, acrylic, PC, PET, plastic, phone case, wood, etc.

· Printing procedure:

You could print on the media directly. No need to do the pretreatment.

2. Coating printing solution

· It could be used in glass, ceramic, metal, stone, gold, silver, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, leather, PVC, acrylic, PC, PET, plastic, phone case, wood, crystal, etc.

· Printing procedure:

1. Spray on the surface of medias with our coating liquid.

2. When the coating layer dry enough(about 5min), you could print on the printer.

3. You could output from Photoshop or CorelDRAW.

After-sales service of flatbed printer:

· The guarantee of flatbed printer is one year. But after one year, we also will give you a help on how to repair the machine.

· We have full stock of spare parts. And we could delivery the spare parts in 3 days after the payment.

· Some problem spare parts could send back to repair.

· We have a after-sales team special for oversea. All of our engineer could speak English. And could give you a help online, such as MSN or skype.

· Also we have many support from our agents in all over the world.

Quality Control:

· We have QC to check all the production procedure.

· Before we delivery the printer, we will test the printer again to protect all the printer could founction properly.

Delivery:

· We use wooden carton packing.

· Before the wooden carton, we will use the dust mask to protect the dust.

· Also we will have a strong paper carton to protect the damp.

· We could do CNF price and FOB price.

· We could delivery the printer by air or by shipping.

Delivery time:

· Commonly we will have 3-5 sets of printer in stock. And we could delivery the printers in 10 days.

· If we don't have stock, the delivery time will be 15-30 days.
