1) Machine structure : 1.8m printer + heater (with filter)

> Signstar sublimation textile printer SJ-1802TX with DX5/DX7 printhead, it composed with two parts: the upper printer and the heater. The

printing process is firstly print on fabric, than go into heater, after heating, the work finish.

2) Printer carriage & capping & ink supply

> Using 2 sets Leadshine servo motor and driver, imported Italian MEGADYNE belt, Taiwan guide rail, the carriage can keep smooth and stable moving; using stable boards and have independent sectors with different chips. Motor movement and printing movement are controlled independently;

> Durable cap station to avoid head clogging, automatic cleaning and wiping system make the printer more friendly to user. After stop for some time, our printer can print at once after stop, no need several times cleaning or test color bar; CISS device keep non-stop fluent ink supply, save ink and cost.

3) Heater + filter

Far infrared blackbody tube radiation electrothermal heating; intelligent PID temperature control, auto collection speed control panel, emergency stop button for client’s easy operation;

A big filter to dear waste heating gas, after filtering , you can pour the gas outdoor or into water.

4) Media feed & take up

Signstar textile printer use high quality feed and take up motor, good tension rolls for fabric to move smoothly and straightly, keep auto collection for the printed material.
