Working Principle

Two rollers rotate in reverse, compress the raw material, then the crusher crush.

Pelletizer machine

Dry Roll Pressing Granulator is adopts no-drying process palletizing at normal temperature and once forming. It can produce 2-6mm irregular pellets, Φ3.8-Φ10mm oblate pellets and all kinds of slice products. It is a multi-purpose machine and widely used to pelletize the powder materials of fertilizers, medicine, chemicals and so on, especially suitable for the production of palletized fertilizers such as ammonium bicarbonate, carbamide, ammonium chloride , ammonium sulfate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, salt, binary, ternary compound fertilizers(Nutrient content 2553), blended fertilizers and so on. The company can tailor the chemical fertilizer production lines from 3 to 10 T/Y according to the requirements of the customers. The complete sets of the equipment are in compact layout process, scientific and rational, leading technology, energy saving, environmental protection without waste emissions, operation stability, and easy maintenance.

Aiming at the problems of low production of double roll pelletizing equipment in the production process, poor abradability of the double roll and so on, the technical personnel of our factory have improved and adjusted the key process and relative technical parameters after many times of tests, increased the abradability of the double roll, increased the production evidently, friction coefficient of the material and the double roll small in the production, Low rising temperature, small power consumption, pollution-free.

Rollers

Unit Structure:

1) Flaking machine: it is composed of left and right fixed bearing seats, frame structure, two alloy steel rollers, two hydraulic oil cylinders, electric automatic pump station as well as hard tooth surface dedicated reducer and main driving motor.

2) Crushing & granulating machine: it is composed of cutting-up box, cutting-up main shaft and special rotating cutting blades and the main shaft is driven at high speed by the motor to break the extrusion forming materials and dress into pellets.
