T21100-type deep hole boring Overview: T2280 deep-hole boring machine is a heavy series developed deep hole machine that our company according to the current large, heavy-hole type of work-piece processing characteristics and market needs developed. Main parts of the machine: machine bed, headstock, oil cooler grant, feeding system, the work-piece center frame, the work-piece holder, boring bar holder, feed slide, cooling system, hydraulic system.
The basic process performance: The machine can finish bore drilling, boring, expanding, rolling processing. It also has nesting processing functions. When processing, the work-piece rotating, tool feeding, cutting fluid through the oil cooler grant into the cutting area, cooling and lubricating the cutting zone and take away chips. Adopt BTA drilling process mode. When boring, it adopts boring bar cutting fluid supply within the forward (bed side) row of cutting fluid discharge chips process methods.
