APPLICATION

Used for desizing,bleaching ,scouring of cotton,hemp,polyester fabrics and their blends.

The whiteness effect is enhanced, thus the quality of the fabric can meet the requirement of the post-process

TECHNICAL FEATURES:

(2)Steamer structure: single layer, single layer complex or double layer complex type.

(3)Preheating section: big rollers, multi-point, common source frequency conversion transmission, less crumples, suitable for high density elastic fabrics.

(4)High add-on unit can increase liquid quantity to ensure fabric suck chemicals fully.

Unrolling, open width→Spray Washer→Two bowl padder→Washer→Two bowl padder→Washer→Two bowl padder→Trough (Automatic dosing system) →Two bowl padder→Steamer→Washer→Two bowl padder→Washer→Two bowl padder→Washer→Two bowl padder→Washer (PH control system) Two bowl padder→Cylinder dryer (2 stacks, 24 cylinders)→Plaiting in batching
