This filler is used mainly to fill liquid material with fixed quantity into aluminium tube and seal.

Process:It sets measuring ,filling,sealing tail,launching hose in whole process.

It is installed a hopper to contain material ,also can be connect with material distributing machine.

The operator inserts hose into the hole of workbench.

Then the workbench automatically revolve bymechanical transmission ,the photoelectric detection system sense the empty hose and if there is any tube in right position.

Then workbench goes on revolving ,fill quantitative material.

Then go on revolving ,seal the tail.

Then eject the hose.

Feature:Unique filling structure,no dropping of material.

Dual or trinal directional folding ,no material leaking from the tail of hose.

In the filling process pneumatic device drive the hose up and down to match up the filling, ensure lower bubble

in the hose.

Suitable for filling of metalic tube of any type.

The tube-holding base can be easily replaced.
