Operating principle
- Process of moisture absorption: after the wet air absorption of material in the drying barrel, it is cooled in cooler, and then sent to moisture absorption barrel. Because the partial vapor pressure on the surface of molecular sieve is far lower than the one in the air, molecular sieve absorbs the moisture of the air strongly in the moisture absorption barrel and it makes the air dew point temperature below -40°C and become to hot gas through the heater. When hot air passes the material, it increases the temperature of material. Because the partial vapor pressure of the air is lower than the one on the surface of the material, the air brings themoisture of the material. For a period of cycling, the moisture content will be below 0.02%.
- Process of regeneration: after a period of moisture absorption, moisture absorbance of molecular sieve is declining or reaches to saturation. In order to recover the goof moisture absorbance, it adopts to heat the molecular sieve in hot gas and bring the moisture of sieve. After cooling, the sieve can be used again.
