zy-20x type high pressure pulse controller is a main control apparatus for spray-blow dust removal system of pulse bag type dust collector. Its output signal directly controls electromagnetism pulse valve;adopting compressed air to remove ash by filtering bags through spray-blow in sequence,to keep the resistance in dust collector in set range, in order to ensure handling capacity and collecting dust effect of dust collector. The controller adopts microprocessor intelligence control, it can be adjusted pulse spacing and pulse width according to requirement of removing ash, to do this for dust collector in timing. It principally consists of microprocessor circuit, anti-interference circuit, digital display, operation keyboard ,electronic switch, house dog circuit, stabilized voltage supply etc, with high intelligent degree,steady and reliable work. The shell adopts aluminum alloy material ,closed construction with PC sticking surface,it can be installed inside control room or directly in dust collector.
