Decanter centrifuge LW -series is most often used for clarification of liquid containing high concentrations of solids, removing solids from liquid.

This product absorbs the advantage of the same kind foreign product in Germany and Sweden. All the parts that may contact the feedstock are made of stainless steel. Availably reduce the chemical effect of the feedstock and the machine spare parts.

This machine can continuously produce mixture with suspended solids, diameter of particles is not less than 0.005mm, solid consistence (volume scale) is in between 2- 40%.

The mixture liquid is fed in the machine, Under the effects of centrifugal force, the solids which has heavier density collects on the bowl wall, and be pushed out of cone side of the bowl under the function of scroll discharge mechanism, liquid be clarified flow to opposite direction from center of the bowl, and beoverflowed out of another side of the bowl.
